Payroll Specialist (Full-time)

Your responsibilities:

  • Payroll Processing including Monthly Payroll
  • Consulting in the areas of social security law, labor law, vacation law, collective agreements, etc.
  • Preparation of documents
  • Audit support
  • Data entry and transmission of payroll-related data to the relevant authorities

Our requirements:

  • Completed commercial education (HASCH, HAK) or relevant courses (e.g., Wifi, KSW, etc.)
  • At least 1–2 years of relevant professional experience in payroll
  • Very good MS Office skills
  • RZL knowledge is an advantage
  • Independent, accurate, and structured work approach
  • Communicative and professional appearance
  • Willingness to learn and commitment, openness to further training
  • Flexibility and team spirit

Minimum salary: EUR 3,200.00 gross (plus underground parking space) – overpayment guaranteed depending on skills and experience.
