Written Form Requirement for Training Cost Reimbursement Agreements

An employee is only obligated to reimburse training costs if there is a written agreement concluded between the employer and the employee.

This requirement is only met if the agreement has been signed by both parties. A unilateral declaration by the employee is not sufficient to fulfill the legal requirement for written form.
